RETURN/EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY 

Return & Exchange Policy

- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

- Earrings, custom orders, and altered products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and customization reasons.

- Customers must bear return shipping charges, except in cases of product defects or incorrect items received.

- Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues.

- Sale and last-piece items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  

Damaged or Defective Products

- Report any damage, defect, or missing item within 48 hours of delivery along with images.

- Requests beyond this timeline may not be eligible for resolution. 

Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be cancelled before shipment is dispatched for a full refund.

- If cancellation is requested after shipping, a Rs. 150 deduction applies as a shipping fee. 

International Orders

- Exchanges are not applicable for international orders.

- Returns are allowed, but the customer bears shipping and custom charges.

- Refunds are processed once the item reaches the warehouse and is inspected.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.  

Refund Policy

- Refunds are issued via online payment methods only.

- Processing time: 3-5 working days after warehouse inspection.

- A flat Rs. 150 deduction applies for return shipping unless the product is defective.

- The company reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
