Domestic Shipping (India)

-Processing time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

- Delivery time: Estimated 5-10 business days, depending on location.

- Shipping charges: Free shipping is provided. For returns, Rs. 150 is deducted from the refund.

 

International Shipping

- Processing time: 2-5 business days.

- Delivery time: 10-20 business days.

- Final payment will be processed in INR. Your bank may apply conversion charges.

- Shipping charges: Displayed at checkout and borne by the customer.

- Customs duties & taxes: Paid by the customer at delivery.

 

Order Tracking

- Tracking details are sent via email/SMS upon dispatch.

 

Delays & Exceptions

- Delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues are beyond our control.

 

Courier Partners (International Orders)

-We select the best available courier service based on the destination of the shipment. Our trusted partners include DHL, Aramex, FedEx, and UPS.
